Finally, open Wake at least once every 24h so scheduled alarms stay active. If the issue persists, contact us with your iPhone model and iOS version.
In the app: Settings → Account & privacy → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — missions, wallet, credits and history are wiped. You can export everything as JSON beforehand via Export my data.
The wallet is a non-refundable in-app purchase per the Terms. For any purchase refund request, it's Apple's App Store that decides: reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process refunds directly.
Three possible causes: (1) not enough credits (1 base + 1 per active module); (2) weather couldn't be fetched for your city; (3) three consecutive failures auto-disabled AI Wake. In the last case, just re-enable it in Settings → AI Wake.
Wake uses the iOS pedometer (CMPedometer). Check: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness → allow Wake. If the iPhone is in extreme low-power mode or sitting still, the pedometer may slow down.
Check spam first. The link expires in 15 min — after that, request a new one. If nothing arrives after 5 min, your email provider is likely blocking Resend; write us from your address so we can investigate.
Settings → Language. Choose "System" to follow your iPhone language, or force "Français" / "English".
Yes for the alarm and standard missions. Money Mode and AI Wake require a connection (Money Mode auto-pauses if you're offline to protect your balance). Your data syncs automatically once you're back online.
